Recruiting has been a disaster last 5 years, especially last 3. We don't have talent needed to succeed at this level. The offense and defense is filled with players who should be bench riders their entire college football career. Talent issue is the most obvious and glaring reason this season is unbelievably bad.

Obviously, Gundy has an issue with his entire coaching staff. They cannot recruit, nor can they develop. This program needs a complete overhaul, including an entirely new roster that doesn't include any this year's roster, except Ollie and couple players on defense.
