Here in lies the major character flaw in Mike Gundy. He's a narcissistic asshole.
Not to be an egotistical dick, but in 2 years I will have given $1 million to the football program. I have been assured that we will have 2 new coordinators next year. And that Gundy will go back to being the CEO. We will see. If not, say good bye to the thecfootball program.

His arrogance has helped him win games but his lack of awareness and inability to evaluate himself and his staff with humility has been a fatal flaw.
