Officially the worst defense I have ever seen at OSU and I have been an alumni and fan since 1974, that includes the 0-10-1 defense. Nardo should be fired on the bus on the way home. Let Joe Bob run the Defense the rest of the year!

They do have the balls to force him to make changes. I am not sure they have the balls to tell him to take a hike. They should though because we can hire someone for 2-3 mill and pump the rest into NIL

Gundy again insists our run game struggles because of "numbers game."

Well, if we're so bad at defending the run, and all you have to do to stop the run is put an extra guy in the box....why don't we do that?

I think everyone but Gundy needs to go.

This is Gundy's program. This is all because of him--he's lazy and complacent. He needs to retire and let us move on. This is pathetic. Gundy's checked out--he's on autopilot. As long as he's in charge, we're gonna stay where we are in the pecking order--which is now at the bottom. Gundy may tweak things here and there, replace a coordinator or position coach, but he's not going to do enough to make us prominent again. I don't give a crap how many games he's won (usually nail-biters that come down to the last play,) it's time for a change. We can't afford to languish at the bottom of the conference. Hard to believe in the first year of the new B12, we are the sure win on eveyone's schedule. Nice work, Mike.

I saw him play in HS, too. He's just a soft person. Doesn't have what it takes to play at this level.

He could have transferred last year, and given himself a chance to play on an actual defense where he could showcase his skills to the NFL, but he believed in Gundy and Nardo and stuck it out, only to be part of a freaking joke of a team, under the direction of perhaps the worst coaching staff in D1 FBS. Gundy: "Well, they put an extra man in the box, so there's no way we can run the ball." Pay the man his money.. Holy crap.

Daniels has been one of the top tacklers on defense since he got here, but he's got no coaching. I imagine most of our top players with any hope of going to the NFL are just hoping to get through the season injury-free. Can't blame them.

Go see the Carson Cunningham tweet, it is on one of these threads, that shows two different plays he was involved in and it looks like he didn’t even attempt to make a tackle when he had the opportunity, like he has given up!!!

Well he won 6-7 games after that. I am just saying maybe he got the word that his performance is the axe and that’s why he doesn’t seem to care.

Like I said I wouldn’t be surprised if some sort of forced retirement is coming
