I don't get it though because Dickey seemed like an awesome hire coming from KState. I remember thinking we were going to be in awesome shape on the oline, but it's just been total crap for years.

He didn’t have to recruit hard to kstate .
Most of the guys came from the elite JUCO which was a feeder school for kstate.

He has no relationships with Texas high school coaches. And he damn sure can’t get the foot in the door else where

He doesn’t have time for him to get 10 yards down field. Should have been throwing pretty much as soon as he got the snap. Because no one can block.

I don't know what to tell you. He had time. He just flushed. Yes he would have taken a hit. It was an all out blitz. That's what QBs do.

Our defense does not look like a team where guys tackle and know where they are supposed to be on every down.

OSU's best defensive players transferred to OU and several other destinations this past off-season. Players who made a huge impact.

Now, I'm not saying the defense is terrible because of defecting... the DC is calling baffling alignments. We need a major influx of defensive transfers after the conclusion of this season. hell, to if I were Gundy, I'd do what Deion Sanders did... turnover the entire roster. This roster is filled with players who should be season long bench warmers

The blueprint is the portal. Deion has taken it to extremes, but that's the blueprint in college football, for better or worse (probably worse).

Snyder was the one actually calling all the shots, but at that level it's not ok to not have a position coach, so he hired someone that just did what he told them. Now that Dickey has to make his own way he can't.
