Official Game Thread: Oklahoma State vs. Texas

Alabama up 17-7 on Georgia. Would be hilarious for Texas to beat us and still get left out of the playoffs in favor of Alabama and Georgia

Nardo still has thr training wheels on. That is unacceptable at this point in the season. We run three down lineman with a stand up end every play and routinely drop 8 and still can’t cover. It is time for him to go.

Well then get used to the same old crap next year. He had all year to improve and what did he do he got worse. Cut our losses and move on.

Well, you might as well make it a package deal with Dunn. He has had how many years to do something better than what we saw today. Knowles was worse in his first year as a DC and the offense was better than what we have today. 2018 is wondering what you think.

I have to disagree. He coached against one of the best offensive minds in the game. He has to learn, but give the whorns credit they are really good. It kills me to say that

We were playing 4 freshman on the backend against the best passing attack in the country. Nardo was doing damage control before the opening snap.

I hope you are right, but I see a DC that is lost and all he knows to do is play a base front and hope for the best. You have to be multiple against good teams. You can’t give Ewers all day to throw especially with our DBs.

Don’t waste your time trying to explain that to these dudes. If we were playing the Kansas City Chiefs some of these dudes would be pissed if we didn’t execute every single snap. Which tells me, some on this board have zero clue about sports beyond the score.

Well only Tech gave up more points to TX this year. They could have named their number today. I think it is natural for us to expect the defense to be competitive.

And they will be. We have some good young talent and these assistant coaches worked under Knowles as well. We’ll improve and be ok.
