I rarely see a point in early/midseason hirings unless something ethically unacceptable has occurred.

Does firing him make anything better? Unless it means there is a huge donor who is willing to suddenly double or triple our NIL budget, I don't see how it does.

Do we believe Meacham is going to make it better?
