is it possible that Gundy thought this 3 way QB system would work so good that people would say, "wow, didn't realize this could work, but it did...Gundy is a trend setter."...and now that it's not working, is too stubborn to change?!...

It may still! I mean, I can’t imagine it will, but maybe this is some Triple Lindy out of nowhere genius move!!

Unbelievable, that Spencer Sanders is going to spend the last year of his college career sitting on the bench watching. Ole Miss beat LSU last night in a pretty exciting game and Dart played the entire game. Unbelievable that we are so bad and the environment is so toxic that Spencer would rather sit on the bench elsewhere than to come back to play another year for Gundy! I’m sure his disappointment is softened every week as he watches us lose out the rest of the year.

They should have worked out an option for him to return after the bowl game. Rangel earned the opportunity to play the bowl game while practicing after the season. We would still be bad this year, but Spencer’s athleticism and experience would help. No he isn’t perfect but better than what we have now. It is a new time, some level of flexibility is needed for survival. I don’t like it but it is what it is.

I was told (and I believe others have been as well) that SS tested the waters but ultimately asked HCMG if he could come back and was told no.

I don’t believe any of the coaches have confirmed this, but it is a widely held thought by many. It sure seems like that happened.

And we know it’s right because it’s working out so well for us right now!
Regardless of our current situation, and the absolute atrocity that was the first three games of the year handling that position, you absolutely and unequivocally cannot allow the inmates to run the asylum. It’s beyond me why that is so difficult for people.

He did other stuff that I won’t get into on the public board

I have a completely safe potion made from regular fruits and vegetables that will instantly make you 10 years younger and add inches to your member, but I won’t get into it on a public board either.
