Trump 2024 Run Thread

View attachment 5854seriously though, how long must you wear a bandage for an ear injury? and does it have to be this large? Holyfield never wore a bandage! :ROFLMAO:
I guess as a fellow Trump-disliker I can get ridiculed for posting about his bandage but that is a very funny looking bandage. First, if he had a fairly signficant ear injury there would need to be a vaseline gauze dressing going in all the folds of his ear then compression over the top and behind the ear to compress to keep blood from getting between the skin and the cartilage. That would be a larger dressing and need to be in place for several days.

If there is a minor wound, there doesn't need to be a big square. A small, form fitting dressing would make more sense.

Just like his hair, persona, and everything else, he just does things in strange ways. It would not surprise me if the purpose of the big square dressing was to make it easy to mimic and obvious what you were doing if you did mimic it.

Maga's, of course, still believe everything that comes out of his mouth...

Crime, immigration and tax cuts - Trump's speech fact-checked BBC

CLAIM: “Our crime rate is going up, while crime statistics all over the world are going down"

VERDICT: Violent crime in the US fell last year.

CLAIM: "We've had the worst inflation we've ever had under this person [Biden]"

VERDICT: Under President Biden, inflation reached around 9% before falling to around 3%. That's nowhere near the worst in history - the record was 23.7% in 1920.

CLAIM: “Our opponents inherited a world at peace"

VERDICT: There were dozens of conflicts globally in the last year Mr Trump was president, according to experts.

CLAIM: "If somebody wants to buy a gas-powered car or a hybrid they are going to be able to do it, and we’re going to make that change on day one"

VERDICT: The implication here is that Americans cannot buy these cars or will not be able to. There is no current ban on vehicles which run on gas (petrol) in the US and Mr Biden has not set out a plan to introduce one in the future.

CLAIM: “The jobs that are created [under Biden] - 107% of those jobs are taken by illegal aliens”

VERDICT: We can't find any evidence for this figure and the data shows millions of new jobs have gone to US-born workers.

CLAIM: “The biggest tax cuts ever"

VERDICT: As President, Donald Trump did bring in big tax cuts but they weren’t the largest in history.
*Although, Mr Trump didn't introduce the largest tax cut overall he did pass the largest corporate tax cut in US history.

I'm not disputing you at all, just read this and wondered if any of it is legit.

Interesting. I've never seen someone leave a 2 cm wide tract of exposed auricular cartilage to heal in by granulation. I was taught that the cartilage is avascular and requires skin coverage to live so all cartlage has to be covered or excised. Having said that he is a freakin president so it isn't like he doesn't have access to specialists.

Either that or it's all sympathy prop. 😉

Also interesting, he's wearing a tiny flesh colored bandage at his rally today.

good call don on the huge bandage for convention...your cult45 minions would not have looked nearly as goofy...and of course, no one could even tell...it's almost as if you wore the big white bandage because of your narcissistic personality disorder...

😮 wow

“That equates to a little over 33 percent. And even some of Trump's own supporters believe the same thing, with around 12 percent suspecting the event was planned, according“
Interesting…although I put little stock in polls anymore (still use them - ha)…33%dems and 12%reps = 44%?!?! Wow!!

You can't add percentages like that. Assuming an even 50-50 split between R and D, you'd get 22.5% when combined.
(33% of 50 = 16.5, and 12% of 50 = 6.)

I'm 95% sure this is true. PF5 is only 10% sure but that means it must be true at 105%!

I stand corrected, I shall blame it on Jack or stress or “new math” …I didn’t even add 33 and 12 correctly. So it should be 22.5%?!?!
