Burkes slid down. Hit would have been to mid section had he continued running. I see why that's a no call.
Big 12 champion will get the bye in the CFP, then look totally second class in the second round game. It’s a completely pedestrian conference this year.
BYU is absolutely nothing special, but running the table thus far. 2 weeks ago people thought Iowa State was legit, now they’re obviously not.
We better hope and pray that a Big 12 team actually wins a CFP game, otherwise this bye situation for our champ is gone in a few years. As much as I despise the SEC & B1G, we couldn’t have hoped for a more favorable format.

That AD was a fool to behave that way and he’ll get fined by the conference. He also said the quiet part out loud, they do not want to be a part of the XII. Which we all knew. But they have little big football syndrome which they don’t understand yet.
There are other threads to trash Gundy.

Yea that makes him sound like a whiny little baby. There are ways to handle that situation and that ain’t it. That one call didn’t cost you the game. You still let them drive the length of the field after that

4th and 10 near BYU endzone.
Having seen the angles, can easily see why it was called and also why it may not have been. Happens every game.
