Funny Political Memes

This is what happens when an authoritarian attacks legit media for years, saying you can't believe any of it. That the only truths come out of his team. And then attacks the people fact checking his claims, saying you can't believe them either. It's terrifying
Kellyanne Conway announced this was the way it was going to be at the very beginning of Trump's first term during his "largest crowd ever on the National Mall" nonsense.

It's not lying.....it's providing "alternative facts".

If I have any buddies who aren't doing their job they deserve to be fired...

Rumors are not helpful. Here are the facts:

The probationary (non-mission critical) workforce order anticipates 5,400 probationary workers will be released nationwide this week out of the military’s roughly 950,000 civilian employees.

In total, DOD plans to reduce the civilian workforce by 5-8% as part of the President’s goal to reform the federal workforce to maximize efficiency and productivity.
My best friend in Ohio is a brilliant clinical pharmacist. He worked on base at Wright-Patt, until yesterday. The entire pharmacy clinical staff was terminated. My friend worked his butt off. What it means is that some critical dosing is going to get missed, or an adverse reaction will fail to be recognized, or some resident will choose expensive drug A instead of inexpensive generic drug B, which would work just as good or better.

I'm so glad I didn't vote for this garbage.

So the email requesting the 5 bullet points is no one checking? Seems like lots of people don't want anyone checking.
I wrote my five bullet points. There is slim chance that some computer geek who knows nothing about me or the work I do is going to understand them. It is an exercise in futility. What's more, with approximately 1.9 million employees, the chances that they actually get read is slim to none.

Hegseth and DOD has advised their employees not to respond to the 5 bullet points email.

And you don't think 5 bullet points email is an effective screening tool to evaluate employees do you? There is a whole performance evaluation system already set up in these agencies.
We were told today, "it's up to you whether you respond or not."

I took my job description, pulled out points that I did last week, and that was my first four bullet points. The fifth was about my role as healthcare ethics consultant and cases I reviewed last week. But there isn't a chance in hell that someone who doesn't know me and isn't familiar with my work is going to understand the bullet points I just sent. Nor is there a chance in hell that they all actually get read.

I put 0.00 value on your opinion. And you are probably the only person on this board that I would say that about. Just respect people for once.
See that’s the thing. You think I don’t respect people and you are right. You and JT and Gogetum and Rob have shown you don’t respect people either. The difference is you don’t respect a crap load of people and are perfectly fine with them being miss treated for you conservative view point. I don’t respect you because of how you all see others.

Im going to gurss it'll cost the government more money because anyone that was getting medication on base is now going out in town and Tricare will have to pay a higher price than what the government would pay to stock on base. But maybe I'm wrong.

Wow dude, you have got to be the biggest hypocrite I've ever encountered.
Who are you calling "Legit Media". Seriously, would love to know.

You are who he is talking about being duped by the attacks on media.
The man asked, someone else mind you, a serious question, now keep in mind, he wasn't asking you. And this is your non answer.

You like to throw out words at us like "nazi" and "traitor" and you actually think we care if YOU respect US?

Weak, weak sh!t.

That sucks, and should never happen. Are they going to contract out the pharmacy service for the base, or double workload on someone else?

Wow. That is really unfortunate.

We now have a pharmacist in the ER at the VA. I tried to get one in Aus and she was just about to start as I left.

I know I make better medication decisions now. And quicker because he has reformatted how we order and standardized the choices. And I've been begging to get phenobarbital for alcohol withdrawal forever. He shows up and gets it through and protocolized.

Working with a clinical pharmacist is like driving a car with anti-lock brakes, a back-up camera, and lane keep assist. Of course, you can do it without, but you are kidding yourself if you think it is as good or as safe.

Not very many though.

I don't remember ever really being a fan, but the only electric vehicle I wouldn't be caught dead in an electric vehicle unless it's on a cart path so I'm not the best example here.

I wish more people would take a step back and ask themselves if they really think billionaires will act in the best interests of the nation or use their influence to do more of what got them there in the first place though.

I'm sure hoping it's the best interests part.
