Trump 47

I'm not saying he should keep it. If he does then there should be criminal charges.

All I said was the gift was announced to the U.S. not to Trump.

@Big Huck tried to turn that into twisted logic. Then doubled down by calling it asinine.

Jesus Christ.

So you are saying there should be criminal charges if Trump keeps the plane? Because it look like that's the plan. Like what EVERYONE else here said was gonna happen 3 months ago when the story first broke.

It wasn't even a question of if it was to the US or Trump. You just don't believe what your eyes and ears have been telling you this entire time.

Yeah, I'm not saying Republicans aren't on the list, I'm saying if Trump were implicated in any way they wouldn't even have to make shit up to get rid of him.

Not a single word about this from the main stream, or any of you middle of the road guys.

Kash Patel?

The guy that issued this memo about the Epstein files?

After saying everything will be exposed from the Epstein file.

Everybody: RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES LIKE YOU SAID YOU WOULD

Kash: Nothing to see there. Not releasing anything, but look…..OBAMA! Everything will be exposed!

Really?

Fine…..release all of them, both, preferably at the exact same time.

I don't see any targeting in the language I've read. There are notable legistlators on both sides that have been making big money on this issue - Rick Scott from FL, for example (my state these days).

When I first checked into the Pentagon, my predecessor told me I should buy some stock in a prominent ship building co, as "they were going to win the contract" for a shipbuilding program the Navy was putting for bid that my new office funded. He told me "do it quick" before I was officially privy to information. I thought it felt shady, so passed, and the end result was that months later the contract was won by George Steinbrenner's Tampa Bay shipyards, by oiling a lot of legistlators pockets - over the Navy's objection that the shipyard was simply not capable. Fast forward 5 years - the Navy received a few barges of incomplete materials, George had the shipyard declare bankruptcy after he had skimmed off what big dollars he could. That is all easily verified. My point is - they're all hogs at the trough. At least this bill reigns them in a bit - both sides.

Sorry, I wasn't clear in my post.

From what I know, Hawley's bill seems exactly what we need. And, Trump supported it until it added the exec branch then he changed to bad-mouthing Hawley and turning to whining only about Pelosi. I fully agree with you it is a bipartisan problem and if our government didn't suck it would get a bipartisan solution and a quick signature from the president.

Well I guess if it was announced as a gift to the US, that settles it.

Trust in Trump.

You serious Clark?

So there was a stash of secret documents in a hidden room in the FBI. They incriminate alot of people and those they incriminate didn't think to destroy them between November 2016 and when Trump was inaugurated. No one noticed them during Trump's first term or Bidens. Patel happened to find them (what was he exploring his building or something?) right when there is a public outcry for Trump to release documents he promised to while campaigning but now may be damaging to him. And the people getting the scoop on this are minor news sites no one has heard of before?

What sounds more plausible-everything I just wrote or that this is some sort of attempt to get peoples attention away from the Epstein files?

Patel literally threw this out on Rogan’s show immediately after Rogan was calling out him out over the Epstein file BS Kash was trying to peddle.

Oh. So Rogan is done with Trump (for now) and this was their attempt to save face? By saying we are going to send a Republican boogeyman to prison? Because government conspiracies are only believable if they involve democrats.

Under pressure from the White House, the Smithsonian has removed President Trump from the impeachment exhibit at the American History Museum.

The exhibit now says that “only three presidents have seriously faced removal,” referring to Johnson, Nixon, and Clinton.

The exhibit now looks the way it did in 2008.

No. They were saying they’re gonna send Obama and former FBI Director Durham and former Intelligence officers.

This is the “evidence” Tulsi Gabbard was alluding to in her silly “we’re gonna get Obama for treason/coup” press conference.

Not to mention, the FBI director finds these documents, announces it on a podcast, but neither he nor the Attorney General (if he told her) bother to tell the President.

Actually, that sounds so far-fetched that with this administration is it likely true.

Show me how this is not the acts of a dictator? Forcing a re-write of history to what they want it to seem instead of what happened. Again, Trump supporters, where is the whataboutism? Please point to Obama or Biden forcing our museums to take away our history. Pathetic.

Non-paywalled story that lets the Smithsonian give its obviously BS excuse. https://www.nytimes.com/2025/07/31/...e_code=1.a08.ZQvR.ABCEdu-WnvYY&smid=url-share

Remember the total amount of fentanyl impounded at the Canadian border was less than a sandwich bag full.

Trump orders a 35% tariff for goods from Canada, citing a lack of cooperation on illicit drugs

job growth way down, Unemployment up, Prices up, Inflation Up. This damn Biden Economy sure seems to be going the exact opposite direction it was when Biden was in Office.

US job growth slows sharply, unemployment rate rises

This is why I don't converse here much. Never insinuated anything was settled. If the president steals a jet he goes to prison. That will settle it. And my point was, it would be a crime because the jet wasn't gifted to him. From there the feeding frenzy started and the circle went full on. I guess you think this is fun. I think it's a travesty that the corruption has become so commonplace that it's expected.
