Dear AD Weiberg,
As a long time supporter of this university for the past _____ years, I want to voice my utter disappointment in the way our football program has been managed this season and for the past several seasons by our head coach. While many of the programs in our athletic department are adhering to high standards with excellent results which I will continue to support, I can no longer support our football program until very substantial and meaningful changes are made to the leadership of that program.

The condescending comments throughout the season toward our loyal fans who have supported this program financially and through their attendance are completely unacceptable as have been the results on the field. The fans deserve better and so do the players! Until substantial positive changes are made to the staffing of the football program, I can no longer continue to support it financially or with my family’s attendance!

I will trust in your leadership to determine what those appropriate changes should be! Thank you for your leadership of our athletic department! I will await to see if sufficient and positive changes are made that warrant continued support of the football program!

never been a season ticket holder, have been to a TON of games though...I WILL NOT buy tix until they prove they are back to giving a $h!t, being competitive, putting a quality product on the field, etc...call me a bandwagon, fair weathered or whatever, I'm just not gonna spend my $$$ (cuz I can barely pay my own bills)...ready for baseball

This team quit after the BYU game. I applaud the players for lasting that long with the absolute pathetic coaching they were receiving. Our schemes on both sides of the ball are broken. The execution is even worse.

Basketball and football are two different animals. You can be good at basketball and the building still doesn’t sell out. But a half empty football stadium is a totally different conversation.

10% of the seats in a football stadium account for most of the revenue. I can't remember if this was posted here or not, but the article about Northwesterns new stadium sheds some light on it.
