Trump 47

NEW: Speaker Johnson tells me Americans “shouldn’t doubt” Trump’s tariff plan and shrugged off concerns consumers will face higher prices.

“We're really excited about the President's vision. You shouldn't doubt it. We shouldn't, because he delivered in the first administration.”

Doh.

I know it was satire but there are “adapters” on Amazon. I use them to run craftsman and Black and Decker using my DeWalt batteries.

Have to make sure you don’t charge w the adapters but instead charge the dewalt on dewalt chargers and then use the adapter in the tool.

I have a Dewalt 18v 20v adapter. But I haven't tried to mix my ryobi with my dewalt

Same concept just search dewalt 20v battery adapter for ryobi __v tool. Read the reviews and look at the pictures to make sure your dewalt battery “prongs” line up w the adapter and the adapter fit into the ryobi tool match.

I figured they existed. I just don't need to cross them. Although that 9Ah ryobi battery I use would run a circular saw a lot longer than the 2Ah dewalt batteries I have.

And it's what Rob Batman, JT and the rest refuse to see. This isn't fudging numbers a little. This is complete fabrications, which is par for the course for MAGA.
Huh? I am posted several times that I don’t like or support tariffs. Why in the world would you think I support the government intervening to impose cost on free trade?

I wonder if store shelves will soon clear, due to people buying stuff before prices go up to the extent that there will be shortages. Then when stores restock people will be upset again by the higher prices. But as much as Trump lies or changes his mind, the story on tariffs could be quite different before the end of the year and in time for Christmas.

Bill Gates said most workers won't be needed in 10 years from the result of AI and robots. So from the result of the tariffs, I wouldn't expect new manufacturing to move to the USA unless it's done with dark houses where as few as zero workers will be needed in the plants. So the result may mean the government will need to issue basic income with Republicans and Democrats fighting over how to come up with it. Tax manufacturing companies for every robot they use? But what if their billionaire owners will be opposed to that?

The new Google data plant in Stillwater is only expected to need 30 workers, so there is that. If fewer college graduates are needed in the future due to AI, OSU and Stillwater could both decline. Urban Oklahoma could also decline, due to people wanting to take their basic income and new found additional leisure time activities to states that have beaches and/or mountains. Maybe with that I'm not as glad as I used to be that I'm closer to age 100 than age 21.

Sorry, I'm talking about the level of lying Trump and Co do. Stolen election, migrants eat your pets, teachers are turning your kids trans, basing trade policy off completely fabricated tariff numbers. It's not fudging the truth it's completely making things up and treating that as truth.
