My wife has me eating tofu. I would cook it low and slow. Maybe drag it down to Galveston to brine it in the ocean over night before putting it on a spit.

The steer dumping followed the Farmers spreading fresh cow manure all over the AGR porch. Poor behavior for sure. They were clearly a determined group hauling a 1000 pound steer onto the lawn.
