I always get those two mixed up. I just hope we don't continue to loose this week. You misspelled "at most."
Yeah, a QB change will work only if there is a viable option. Both backups are.. yikes. Won't matter who the number 1 QB will be/is. The o-line is complete trash, so it's useless to even make a change.
Does he have shaky hands?
Yeah, Rangel looked so good against Utah, at home. What could possibly go wrong?
Let's see what happens in the BYU game. $1,000 says the offense - with Rangel at the helm - doesn't surpass 300 yards.
If this is directed at my post, I'm not blaming the loss (which will be a loss BTW) on Rangel. I'm blaming it on our lazy coaching staff who put this team with so much returning talent in the position they are in now.Got to love it. Blaming the loss of a game, that hasn't been played yet, on the backup QB.
I would rather see Rangel get playing time than wasting it on the 7th year guy that has defecated the bed so far this year.
We're playing an undefeated, top 15 team on the road at night without two all-American defensive players. If this is directed at my post, I'm not blaming the loss (which will be a loss BTW) on Rangel. Your's and several others. Obviously I may have misread intentions which is easy to do with written responses. I don't think we have a QB ready to go out on the road, as a 9 point dog, at altitude, with this offensive line and coordinator, and get the win.If this is directed at my post, I'm not blaming the loss (which will be a loss BTW) on Rangel. There isn't anyone on the team, that we could put at the helm, that would get 300 yards. No need to lay this at Rangel's feet.Let's see what happens in the BYU game. $1,000 says the offense - with Rangel at the helm - doesn't surpass 300 yards.
And our o-line is trash, just like the entire QB situation.
We've seen Rangel several times. He's not that good. If we are building for next year, put Flores out there. Supposedly he's listed as Rangel's backup, so it's obvious the rumors of him being hurt were BS. Gundy is is going to F around and Flores will hit the portal after the season then we'll be stuck with not Big 12 caliber Rangel on a rebuilding team. Giving Rangel a start is a better way to evaluate him. I may be waiving the white flag here but, at this point trying to build for next year is more important to me. I wouldn't mind seeing some changes on the O-line either. Even if they block eachother that would mean they're blocking someone.
I don’t care nearly as much as you appear to. But that original post was unhinged regardless.Let's see what happens in the BYU game. $1,000 says the offense - with Rangel at the helm - doesn't surpass 300 yards.

Haha. Yes, Flores having never attempted a collegiate pass is the savior. Maybe when were down 20+ in the third quarter this week he get his shot. You know, when BYU is teeing off on every down because the run is not effective and we need to throw the ball. We've seen Rangel several times. He's not that good. Point seems moot now that it's been reported that he's not in Utah, but.....no I don't have a clue if he has an injury. It was said he did several weeks ago, then it was said he was practicing with the team the last couple weeks and was listed as Rangel's backup. Now he's not in Utah. So who the hell knows what's up with anything because Gundy sure won't come out and say it.Haha. Yes, Flores having never attempted a collegiate pass is the savior. Do you know if Flores does or does not have an injury?
yes
