It is the new world of NIL. Don't blame him either.I don't blame him. Dude would have been a Biletnikoff award finalist in a competent offense.
Hopefully the dinosaur is wrapping his head around this concept, otherwise we’re f”ckedIt is the new world of NIL. Don't blame him either.
He has proven he can be WR1 at a major college level. He will most likely demand a good 1-year payday. NFL is not a given, but being able to receive good compensation for his last year is very understandable.
Honestly, I thought he was off to the NFL.
I'll gladly see him walk (just like he did on half his defensive snaps) as a trade-off to retain our Kaak and/or StriblingSee ya
Standby, googling Elon and all I get is Musk
I mean that's kind of the point of going to these types of school if you really want to play D1 football. Get enough film that you can transfer to a D1 school. Lot of underscouted talent in these schools. He is the second guy offered from Elon. That goes along with offers to players from NW Missouri St., Grand Valley State, and Saginaw Valley State.
Nelson was kicked off the team, so I'm not sure he should count against the total.Into the portal so far:
OL Jason Brooks
WR Da'wain Lofton
S Lyrik Rawls
DB Willie Nelson
RB CJ Williams (wo)
LB Andrew McCall (wo)
OL Wiley Sills (wo)
WR Ty Walls (wo)
OT Isaia Glass
P Hudson Kaak
WR De'Zhaun Stribling
S Kendal Daniels

My concern is an increased focus on flipping high 3 & 4 star guys. The pattern seems pretty clear that these guys aren’t just going to sign & sit for a year or two.I mean that's kind of the point of going to these types of school if you really want to play D1 football. So much talent, so little (apparent) effort. Addition by subtraction.
