Why is it with every stupid tweet or statement Trump makes we see a close to crazy overstatement? In this last few pages, we have people opine that mid-term elections will be canceled and now martial law by end of year.

Sorry, i shouldn't have said "cancelled". I think we'll still have midterms, in the same way that Russia keeps "electing" Putin. Do you really think that trump is going to leave his future up to voters (who seem not happy right now) if he can help it? I'm honestly shocked they aren't screaming about election fraud already.

Why is it that all of this is ok to you? Never mind what historians, economists, scientists, farmers, professors, etc. etc. etc. are saying! Trump and Fox say it's all gravy, and they know what's best.

1) Bot.....but there are personal touches to seem to rule that out.
B) There is no way he can actually read much less vet that much material
iii) His employer needs to ask for an email asking what he accomplished last week or he is retired because there is no way one can work and look up and post that much

To provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Amendment.

Section 901 of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681) is amended by adding at the end the following:

“(d) (1) It shall be a violation of subsection (a) for a recipient of Federal funds who operates, sponsors, or facilitates athletic programs or activities to permit a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women or girls.

“(2) For purposes of this subsection, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.”.

Agree or disagree with the bill, but it is wildly hysterical to assert that the S.9 "mandates genital inspections".

Claiming that states would pass an inspection requirement is completely different than saying S.9 MANDATES genital inspections.
