Is someone in the administration trying to play the market? It tanks EVERY time he talks about tariffs and even more when he enacts one.

That would make twice that they've tanked the markets with tariffs just to backpeddle the next day. Almost like someone is selling, saying tariff then buying the following day to ride the rebound.

At some point the market is going to act like they are coming even if he stops talking about it. He's going to have most people afraid to be in the markets.

This was the court order that I told you about last Thursday! As a result, the administration updated the original memo today to include "OPM thus believes that agencies are not required to comply with the administrative leave rule and new regulations until September 13, 2025, the deadline for agencies to issue their own implementing regulations. OPM requests that agencies not issue any agency-specific rules until such rules have been reviewed and approved by OPM." (2/2)

JUST IN: China just slapped the U.S. with a reality check, suspending soybean imports from CHS Inc, Louis Dreyfus Co., and EGT. This genius Trump tariffs war could cost CHS alone over $100M.

Just a fun fact: In the 2024 election cycle, CHS contributed approximately $365,320 to Republicans.

With $12.8B in U.S. soybean exports to China last year, these losses are no joke. But hey, why do American farmers and companies need trade partners when they've got...tariffs? Right?
