I merely asked whether your acknowledged psychological concerns about Trump concern you more or less than Biden's obvious mental deficiencies. Whatever your answer might be, you absolutely could reasonably have reasons beyond that comparison for voting however you did.
I don't give a rat's ass about who you voted for or why. I was just interested in your opinion on the question I asked since you stated any sane person should be concerned with Trump's paranoia (and now apparently malignant narcissism too).

My only concern during the Biden Administration was his ability to respond if we actually needed a presidential response. Situation never arrised. Other than that, that entire administration was much to do about nothing with much to do about nothing policy. Our response to major issues over the past 4 years was "do nothing". And yes, they were absolutely misleading about his condition. To the point of it being a hoax...one that anyone watching could call out. How the 2024 election was handled by that admin was pretty much par for the course.
