Polling on if the Department should exist is not the same as polling on the Department or how it's operating.
Only one of those questions in the survey was asked to evaluate or comment on DOGE directly.
The responses to that question don't reflect "overwhelming support" anywhere but in GOP/MAGA circles.

That questions reflected 85%/15% pro-DOGE amongst GOP. 63%/37% anti-DOGE amongst Dems. As expected from partisans on the topic.
57%/43% amongst Independents is hardly "overwhelming support".
It was so easy to predict that you would mischaracterize someone's statement, attempt to mislead as to what the data actually says, and misdirect the discussion to something other than what the data actually says. You are certainly predictable.
Tells me the dems are all for it unless it's Trump's way.

Or that maybe "Trump's way" is nothing more than a grift to enrich him and his buddies under the guise of balancing a budget.
Given that the deficit grew during Trump's prior administration, he wants the debt limited raised, and the budget proposals presently call for increased spending along with tax cuts potentially resulting in trillions of new deficit, that's not exactly an unreasonable concern.
Either/or.....tomato/tomahto....and whatnot.

... maybe because they care about HOW things happen and want the corrections done in a way that isn't just a wrecking ball. As has been said here many times by the "extreme partisans", cut the waste but do it with oversight in the open and not just by firing huge chunks of the workforce and blind cancelation of programs/ contracts.

What you call "entertainment" most others would call a violation of someone's due process and civil rights.
Checks calendar. They have had 100 years to dig into this nonsense and make cuts to the bureaucracy. All they have done is grow it the entire time. Not just dems Both parties. Extreme partisans LOL, over 70% of the population support's what DOGE is doing. They don't seem to GAF how radical it is. If you are fighting it you are in an extreme minority.
