I did enjoy my "efficiency" today. Instead of working my butt off from home, I was in my "office" which isn't an office, it is someone else's conference room they put several of us in because there is no space. I brought my laptop from home (but not my other monitors) and I sat in the conference room all day. But there was a meeting at noon for an hour. So, instead of the lunch I usually woof down at my desk because I'm so busy, I was forced outside and sat on a bench, ate, and enjoyed the sunshine. I told my wife this "back to the office" thing might be ok, I think I'll relax a bit more.

The federal workforce has been relatively stable since 1968. It has not grown.

Has the budget grown? Yes. But not bureaucracy.

Plus, DOGE approval is -15 at this point. And that is before they start attempting to mess with entitlements. So it is not a popular action right now.

That's strange all the polling I've seen has shown Doge is extremely popular and well supported. They are down but it's still at 60 percent approval when asked on Doge directly. Down from near 80 at the start.

Well we sided with the soviet's in WW2 and kind of financed them or they would have never existed. This kind of bull stuff from our government is not new. Hell we financed ISIS while we bombed them. How retarded is that.

We supported the Soviets to help keep Hitler occupied and prevent Britain from falling until we could get fully involved and onto the continent. After Normandy it was a race to Berlin trying to beat them there so we could limit their positionat war's end. They were never actually allies but were a required partner to defeat the Nazis.

Maybe I missed something, what are you talking about we financed ISIS while bombing them?
