Honestly, what do you call someone that attacks our government?
If you seriously think that everyone that was in attendance for the “insurrection “ on Jan 6th along with the 75 million people that voted for Trump are all traitors you have gone completely off the rails.
unfortunately, too many people feel that way. We have way too many people in this country that can’t accept that other people have different perspectives and are intolerant of alternative viewpoints.

No I am not. Voting for Trump is not the same as breaching the capital building and trying to track down congressman to bring out and hang. Anyone involved should be prosecuted with no leniency. If you are trying to prevent their just punishment then you are an acompliss. I already consider Trump as being part of it, and him constantly talking about pardoning all of them only makes it worse.

Maybe we should repeat it every 4 years. Then president is decided on who physically wins the fight not the election.

You know those are dollars specifically ear marked for different things right? The government has rules about moving money from one thing to another. Also congress earmarks money.
The issue isn't the securing of voting. It's how it's done in a way that targets poor and minority groups. Add that to the fact that there has never been evidence of significant voter fraud makes it largely not worth putting barriers up for those groups.

Yeah, sorry i forgot when i watched the footage and cops getting attacked. That's why the capital police have been super positive when they've talked about it. That's why so many were injured, just a tour that got a little violent. Oops.

Having different viewpoints on tax policy or the government's roll on social issues is fine. Denying the outcome of an election and trying to overthrow the government is way beyond differences of opinion.
The fact that people here refuse to accept that (or are fine with it as long as it's their guy doing it) says alot about them.
