Gundy’s Big 12 COTY chances are also done. Rightfully so.

Maybe this is a big dose of copium I am taking here but this is just one game. With the loss to South Alabama we weren't making the College Playoff. We still have the inside track to the Big 12 championship game, its just our margin of error is gone. We can still make it to a New Years Day 6 bowl.

Houston won't be an easy game, either. They, like UCF, have a bunch of talented local athletes on their roster because of them being located in a recruiting gold mine.
