This is the culmination of Gundy just hiring coaches that won't leave him too soon. The program just slowly gets worse. We're really going to feel the effects this season.

Gundy wants to be a safe as he can get away with. He doesn’t like to take risks in play calling or recruiting. Apparently just in hiring unknown coordinators
