This is what we need to do. That would probably be the final straw for Gundy. Can you imagine him having to be accountable to someone like, oh, Brandon Weeden or Josh Fields? What a cluster that would turn into.

I think it would be interesting to go after someone like Will McClay after he gets fed up with Jerry. I’d actually prefer our hire for next coach or executive to have ZERO OSU ties. Eliminates baggage and they can make decisions objectively and unemotionally.
