Odd. Mike Boynton just said he's having surgery and could possibly be available in March. Guess he's more optimistic.

I guess Boynton was talking about the post-season. Avery was talking about the season.

When I read “I can’t finish out my senior year”, I read that as him saying he’s not coming back. Maybe Boynton is going off what the doctors said, but Avery in turn is saying even if he can come back, he’s going to be prepping for his next move (Pro ball)?

I would like to see him come back this year. Unfortunately I think he is more G-League than the big show. Hopefully I’m wrong or he will at least get a shot.
