Alex Jones Returns To Infowars’ Historic Studios After Judge Blocks Sale To The Onion! Massive Legacy Media/Democrat Hoax Has Collapsed!

"A court hearing is typically held after a bankruptcy auction to finalize the winning bids and sales, and to hear any objections, so the process in Jones’ case hasn’t strayed far from the usual — yet."

"The bankruptcy trustee overseeing the sale chose from sealed bids. He received two.

One was from the Jones-affiliated First United American Companies, which offered $3.5 million, the trustee revealed in court Thursday. The other, from The Onion, was lower but contained an incentive by some of the Sandy Hook families to forgo a portion of the sale proceeds and give it to other Jones’ creditors, the trustee, Christopher Murray, said.

Murray said he determined The Onion’s offer, although unusual, was better overall, because it would provide more money to Jones’ creditors than the other bid. But he also said he could not yet put a dollar figure on The Onion’s bid when the families’ offer was factored in."

Judge Lopez indicated that he had expected prospective buyers would be given a chance to outbid each other after the bids were unsealed.

His 20-page order on the sale procedures in September, however, made such a bidding round optional. And it gave broad authority to Murray to conduct the sale, including the power to reject any bid, no matter how high, that was “contrary to the best interests” of Jones, his company and their creditors.

The Onion — which carries the banner of “America’s Finest News Source” on its masthead — was founded in the 1980s and for decades has skewered politics and pop culture. It hopes to reopen the Infowars website in January as a parody of Jones and other conspiracy theorists.

“Our goal in a couple of years is for people to think of Infowars as the funniest and dumbest website that exists,” Ben Collins, the Onion’s CEO, told The Associated Press. “It was previously the dumbest website that exists.”

Trump vows to declate an emergency and use the US military to conduct mass deportation.

This is not the purpose of our military - they specifically not allowed to act as domestic police forces.
There was a movie done about military forces on US soil. It (movie) wasn't great, but your point remains valid in the themes of the film.

The White House has condemned a neo-Nazi march in Ohio which took place over the weekend, after videos of masked men shouting racial slurs and carrying swastika flags were shared online.
"President Biden abhors the hateful poison of Nazism, antisemitism, and racism - which are hostile to everything the United States stands for," a spokesman said on Monday, adding that the march was a "sickening display".
The videos showed roughly a dozen people, dressed in black and wearing face coverings, marching through the streets of Columbus carrying flags with red swastikas on them.
Police briefly detained some of the group on Saturday but released them after determining no laws had been broken.

“Neo-Nazis... roamed streets in Columbus today, carrying Nazi flags and spewing vile and racist speech,” Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said in a statement.

“There is no place in this state for hate, bigotry, antisemitism or violence, and we must denounce it wherever we see it.”

Police received multiple calls at around 13:30 on Saturday about the march, public safety dispatchers told the local CBS affiliate WBNS.

In some videos, members of the group can be heard shouting racial slurs into a bullhorn at people nearby.

Officers were also advised that the group may have been in a physical altercation with people in the area that involved the use of pepper spray.

No arrests were made during the incident on Saturday.

"The Constitution protects First Amendment activity, no matter how hateful," Police Chief Elaine R Bryant said.

"We are bound by the law in enforcement of such activity," she added. "No one in our community should experience intimidation or harassment."

As no one was charged, the identities of those in the group have not been released.

The scene in Ohio's capital city occurred one week after a similar incident in Michigan.

On 9 November, several masked men were seen waving Nazi flags and shouting slurs outside a theatre performance of The Diary of Anne Frank.

Oren Segal, vice-president of the Anti Defamation League's Center on Extremism, told the BBC that there are "more and more groups that are marching with swastika flags" and they are doing so increasingly in smaller "more focused" groups.

"These relatively small and quick protests are designed to signal back to their online community... for this to be an example of these groups bringing their hatred on the ground," Mr Segal said.

The ADL, which monitors white supremacist events around the country, said hundreds had taken place over the past two years.

AUSTIN, Texas -- Texas' education board on Tuesday advanced a new Bible-infused curriculum that would be optional for schools to incorporate in kindergarten through fifth grades, one of the latest Republican-led efforts in the U.S. to incorporate more religious teaching into classrooms.

The vote moves the Texas State Board of Education one step closer to signing off on what is known as the “Bluebonnet” textbook, which drew hours of often emotional testimony from school teachers and parents earlier this week.

The board is expected to hold a final vote on the measure Friday.

The curriculum — designed by the state's public education agency — would allow teachings from the Bible such as the Golden Rule and lessons from books such as Genesis into classrooms. Under the plan, it would be optional for schools to adopt the curriculum though they would receive additional funding if they did so.

Educators, parents and advocates weighed in Monday at the State Board of Education’s final meeting of the year, where many opponents argued that the proposal’s emphasis on Christian teachings would alienate students of other faith backgrounds. Those in favor testified that it’ll give students a more holistic educational foundation.

“This curriculum fails to meet the standard of an honest, secular one,” Tessler said. “Public schools are meant to educate, not indoctrinate.”
...
“Parents and teachers want a return to excellence,” said Cindy Asmussen, testifying Monday. “Stories and concepts in the Bible have been common for hundreds of years," and that, she said, is a core part of classical learning.
Religious experts and the Texas Freedom Network, a left-leaning watchdog group that monitors the state’s education board, said the curriculum proposal focuses too much on Christianity and also dances around the history of slavery.

In Oklahoma, state officials are seeking to include the Bible in public school lesson plans. But a group of students' parents, teachers and others recently filed suit, seeking to stop Oklahoma's top education official from carrying out the plan intended for students in grades 5 through 12. The lawsuit before the Oklahoma Supreme Court also asks the court to stop the Republican state superintendent from spending $3 million to purchase Bibles in support of the plan.

The host, on Thursday, claimed the Biden-Harris HQ’s X account was under fire for selectively “editing” a clip of Trump’s recent remarks on the killing of Laken Riley.
“The Democrats say, ‘Please don’t call them animals, they’re humans,’ I said, ‘No, they’re not humans, they’re not humans, they’re animals,’” said Trump as he touched on the suspect in the killing, who officials say unlawfully crossed into the United States.
“You got that, right?” asked Faulkner before playing an extended version of the clip featuring what Trump “actually said.”
“The 22-year-old nursing student in Georgia who was barbarically murdered by an illegal alien animal. The Democrats say, ‘Please don’t call them animals, they’re humans,’ I said, ’No, they’re not humans, they’re not humans, they’re animals,” he said in the longer version of the video.
“First of all, how in the world did they edit all those words together to even put something like what they had, that’s amazing,” said Faulkner, who noted that she’s “pretty good” at editing as a journalist.
“What are they using? AI?”

The Biden-Harris HQ later mocked Faulkner’s report by calling the network “desperate” for sharing an “unedited, verbatim” clip of the former president.

“No, this is not AI, @FoxNews. This is the presumptive Republican nominee for president,” the account wrote in another post.

House Republican Rep. Nancy Mace introduces transgender bathroom bill NPR

what is the reason people are afraid of transgenders in a bathroom? aren't they just saying, "they (trans) are sexual predators."? don't bathrooms have stalls? is it possible that a gay person is in a bathroom with their same sex?/are people concerned about this?

I'm guessing it's a political stunt. Introduce it now when we have a Democrat president and senate majority so no way it passes. She introduces it in January when Republicans control all chambers and people ask questions when it doesn't pass. It's a lot easier to blame the other side for stuff when you have the opportunity.

I'm not afraid of them at all and I don't think most people are. I'm also not at all comfortable having a female in the men's room and, again, most people aren't. I'm certainly not comfortable with a man in the ladies room and it's ridiculous to make the argument that it is ever appropriate under any circumstances. I simply don't want a man in the restroom with my wife, daughter, or grandaughters, and anyone that's cool with that is straght up off the rails. She's pushing it because it's insane and the light needs to be shone on the insanity. Good for her.
