Trump 47

I just can’t see how someone can watch this and not realize that Trump is attacking the foundation of what makes our system function.

No one not already of that mindset is watching that voluntarily or with an open mind to accept anything

So CBS reports this and the administration threatens to pull their FCC license?

Doesn't take alot of dots to put that conspiracy theory together

Hegseth said the plans to slash 20% of the military's most senior generals was meant to eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy.

I don't disagree that the US military is top heavy, but for some reason I doubt the selection criteria for who stays and who goes won't just be based on who will do what Trump wants

Trump idiots might as well demand Trump declare war on China if and when store shelves clear and it must be to them because China is trying to get by without eating the tariffs.

The Republicans in Congress, who aren't idiots, if there is possibly enough of them, ought to pass a bill repealing Trump's tariff hikes and roll them back to where they were. Or better just restart them at ZERO. If Republicans allow China tariffs to continue, then by the end of summer it's going to get pretty bad out there from empty store shelves and very high prices on what's left, perhaps bad enough to cause civil war. E-Bay might boom.

A phone app that Mike Waltz, President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser, apparently used to save his text messages has temporarily suspended its services as it investigates a cybersecurity incident, a spokesperson for the app’s parent company told CNN on Monday. https://cnn.it/3EGsZq9

Duffy: Who are the generals taking these helicopters?

Host: Why don't we ask? You're the transportation secretary. How do you not know?

Duffy: The FAA doesn't know. We asked the DoD. They should tell us

Host: Couldn't you just call up Hegseth?

Duffy: I should actually. You call him

This is what happens when you make a former reality show (MTVs "The Real World") cast member Secretary of Transportation.

Which happens when you elect a former reality show cast member President.

Nope not complicated at all ...this admin has just lied so much telling Americans they won't pay I that they CANT EVEN SPEAK THE TRUTH ABOUT IT ANYMORE..that's how far into the lie they are ..where the truth would actually discredit them ...think about that....how do you allow that from your government??

REP. POCAN: “Who pays the tariffs, Mr. Secretary? Answer the question.”

BESSENT: “Uh… uh… uh… it’s complicated.”

a stammering Bessent refuses to answer Mark Pocan's question about who pays tariffs

Carney to Trump: "There are some places that are never for sale ... having met with the owners of Canada over the course of the campaign, it's not for sale. It won't be for sale ever."

Trump: "President Obama -- and if he wanted help I'd give him help because I'm a really good builder -- he's building his library in Chicago, and it's a disaster. And he said something to the effect of 'I only want DEI. I only want woke.' He wants woke people to build it. Well, he's got woke people ... he didn't use good, hard, tough, mean construction workers."

Donald Trump fired Doug Emhoff and other Biden appointees from the Holocaust Museum board and replaced them with a former cast member of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, a longtime Mar-a-Lago member, and Steve Witkoff’s son. It’s unprecedented, petty, and vindictive. Holocaust remembrance and education should never be politicized.

Rep. Underwood: Yes or no here. Do you believe the Constitution guarantees due process to everyone in America?

Noem: Due process is exactly what this Congress...

Rep. Underwood: You should be able to give us a yes or no answer because judge after judge has ruled that the law is not being followed.

I'm old enough to remember when the GOP supported a Free Market... rejecting a merger because the govt doesn't agree with an HR policy on their hiring practices is complete and under BS and way outside the scope of Free Market

Come on GOP..do better and protect and stand up for your OWN principles

FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr says he might block the Verizon–Frontier merger over their DEI policies.

Blocking corporate mergers over diversity?
