Why her? Biden had several senior advisors. Did the others just decide that Anita Dunn was the best of them so she should act as the pseudo-president since Biden could not? Was the plan to get him elected and she was going to continue to be shadow-president?

Instead, I will tell you what he is, he is a Special Government Employee. No, that does not make him a senior advisor which is a specific role that he does not do.
