What do you mean by "end Green New Deal"?
It was never enacted, pretty sure it was just a thought exercise. Do you mean the ending the green portions of the Inflation Reduction Act or was it a completely meaningless EO?

I was dismissive at first because I thought no way in the world he meant it that way. But it's not the first time he has done something like this and it was dismissed as Elon being Elon. At some point though, if it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck, you have to realize that it's a duck.

If someone wants to defend it (or use out of context images to say everyone does it) I suggest they record themselves doing the same thing, post it on social media, and let us know how that turns out.
