I'm more optimistic and try not to get persuaded by the polls or even videos. Taking polls can't be easy. People don't go to the polls but have to actually have to go somewhere to vote on voting day. If it is to be won by Harris, it will take a strong enough turnout by women, along with everybody, most of all minorities, offended by what may go down known as the October Surprise from the stunningly racist comments speakers made at Trump's NYC rally. It may move many people who weren't moved to vote beforehand. Besides, if Trump wins and Republicans don't take both sides of Congress, it won't go on to turn out all that bad.

But if Republicans lose nothing in Oklahoma it will be interesting to see what they do to double down with their far-right Christian extremism. Ban no-fault divorce, for instance.

Yeah. If the successfully mass deport, the farming industry in several states is going to crash at harvest time. Food prices are going to skyrocket and some items may be pretty scarce.

Tariffs are going to cause big inflation on the import side of goods and exports are going to be cut due to foreign retaliation tariffs. Maybe it import/export evens out in certain industries but won't for everything.

This is beyond stupid if you are thinking about the economy and a lot of people will suffer a lot. Hope more people pick up on this.
