I have a hard time believing he was seriously considering coming to OSU, with KU being a basketball blue blood and OSU only really having two stretches of basektball success under Iba and Sutton. Would have loved it but would have been completely shocked.

If true, he's just being nice to the university. But either way, we need to stop thinking he'd ever come here without being fired from KU.

Not sure I’m buying. I think someone may have used Tramel, but could’ve come from either side.

For the payroll and standards they have, KU is struggling this season. On the verge of dropping out of the top 25 and coming off Self’s biggest loss ever. This could be Self just saying to KU and fans, see I’m loyal and could’ve easily gone elsewhere, since he’s probably feeling some heat.

On the other side, Lutz first year has not been what most hoped for. Many blamed the slow hiring process that impacted portal recruiting, so saying Self was interested seems like a convenient excuse.

Trust is not the first word that comes to mind when I hear the name Barry Tramel.

Lutz and the team have struggled this year, but I still think he can do it here. Meanwhile, Ben McCollum is on the watchlist for the Naismith coaching award.

This seems to be analogous to most of my interest in young ladies as a young man. We may have run into each other at some event, she was friendly and kind, I interpreted that as the same kind of interest that I had in her, she most definitely wasn't interested in the same way. Happened all the time lol.
