A little less concerned I guess, but man we got a way to go. Same inconsistencies from last year (games with no bats to games with tons of bats). Also, why are we opening on the road against a CUSA squad that just move up? The stadium is terrible. If the infield is just brown turf, you shouldn't be allowed to play at this level. And why are the sliding boxes different turf? Looks like some rural crap hole stadium not a Division 1 program.

Starting pitching aside from the first inning of game one was really good this weekend.

Benge was really good throughout the series too.

I think it will be fine.

But over the years the team has had a few games like this and really padded the stats, but then also has clunkers like yesterday. So it "looks" like the offense was really good all weekend, but in reality, it was only good in one game (hit .180 in the other two). I still want to see the execution with runners in scoring position and moving runners over, etc. But I think the lineup is full of a lot of dangerous and experienced hitters that should be able to provide that.
