Not at all. I've actually followed the story and the reason they are upset, is because he is a YouTube Star and Social Media Star. He gets Paid based on the Number of Views he gets on his Stream with Ads. The Creator gets 55% of the Ad Revenue on his stream and YouTube gets the other 45%.

So Leftist were PISSED that Mr. Beast was using very Poor 3rd world participants and was paying $6K PER surgery for a 10 Min Surgery for surgery to restore their eyesight

But was filming it all and pushing it on social Media where he was being paid $12 per every 1000 Views on YouTube for this "Act of Service"

Leftist are pissed he is using 3rd world people and doing this big thing about how he is changing their lives and making the world better.....all while taking a GIANT Haul to the bank.

Basically the Left is pissed he is exploiting 3rd world people and getting rich off doing it and they are mad at the companies that still support him with Ad Revenue because of this

Yeah. He's helping cure blindness in 3rd world countries. They must have been really busy upset when he went out and got them a bunch of clean drinking water.

I like this but I hope it isn't a commentary on the Mr Beast discussion.

I think he realizes he just got really lucky and wants to use his fame to help out. A bunch of his content as he was becoming more popular was about helping others. I'm guessing in his pursuit of views he realized the value in being altruistic and that he had an opportunity to make a difference.

I can promise you that it isn't commentary as I have no idea who "Mr. Beast" is and didn'read that discussion.

I was going to comment on that. If a guy can help folks, make $$$, and all it costs is a bunch of people at home wasting time they were going to waste anyway...... why would anyone have an issue with it?
