Stephen Miller: The Democratic Party is a 'domestic, extremist organization'

Your response show that you are the one with the biased consumption.

Obama did not threaten to withhold funds anymore than your employer threatens to withhold your paycheck if you break the companies rules. Title IX was about transgender, not “boys” in general. Either you read biased media, or you chose a bigoted response yourself.

Biden did not “go around the courts”. His first action was blocked by the courts. He then did something different that was allowed. What you are thinking is the current republican actions of ignoring court orders. again, your media is misleading you, or you lied.

I don’t agree with Biden’s college debt policy. But nothing “extreme” happened in the interplay between branches.
If you wrote these paragraphs with a straight face, your partisan bias is stronger than I thought or, and maybe this is more likely…you don’t follow news closely.

Yes Obama absolutely threatened to withhold funds to schools. Maybe you don’t have girls, but forcing schools to allow biological boys in girls restrooms was a pretty extreme policy.

The fact that Biden did something different than what the courts blocked multiple times is not the point. Transferring millions of dollars of debt by an authoritarian executive decision is extreme.

Trump has done several things that most fair-thinking citizens would think is extreme. But you are showing significant partisan bias by making multiple excuses for other activities by our two most recent Presidents that would also be categorized as extreme by most fair-thinking people.

I have not made any argument about one having more extreme issues than the other - just that it is not unique that an administration carries out an extreme policy.

How about another freebie.

Warrantless arrest of AMERICAN citizens and DEPORTING then to a different country

Deporting AMERICAN KIDS with stage 4 cancer to a different country

Forcing kids as young as 7 to represent themselves in immigration courts

All policy ...defend it and give me examples when other POTUS have done it

Again, there is a difference between policy, which is only “extreme” depending on perception/opinion and actions which are unprecedented.

You feel giving college students debt relief is extreme. I’m sure many college students feel giving massive tax cuts to millionaires is extreme. Pure opinion. The mother of a transgender student would disagree either way you also. Opinion.

Firing IGs is not policy. It is unprecedented and truly extreme. Firing career prosecutors because they were involved in Jan 6th prosecutions is extreme. Pardons for pay. On and on.

It simply isn’t even close to the same. One is policy that can change. The other is a fundamental change to our system of checks and balances.

Whether something is extreme or not is ALL opinion.

Your views that Trump has extreme policies and past Presidents do not, is an opinion. Just because you feel strongly about it does not make it a fact.

BTW, both items for Obama and Biden were certainly unprecedented and extreme. I am not sure how anyone would not view Biden’s inaction on immigration as not being extreme. A simple graph of illegal immigrant growth would highlight that.

I am not arguing with you about Trump’s policies. Or his “actions”. Your contention that they are extreme is valid. No argument here.

You guys have gotten JT and Rob to both agree Trump's words and actions have gotten into the extreme territory. Maybe pause on the attack mode and be happy we've found a little bit of common ground for the night.

No one has done anything truly extreme, unless you look at it in a certain way, then EVERYONE does extreme stuff.

If you (not you personally, but you know who) can't tell the difference between a policy overreach and an attempt to interfere with democracy itself then you are part of the problem. Either you have spent so much time trying to justify the administrations actions that you can't see things logically or you are alright with the current situation because it hasn't negatively impacted you and you are just fine with people you see as less than human getting what they deserved.

With regards to our immigration policy, there is at least one historical precedent. During WW2, we rounded up people of Japanese descent and put them in concentration camps. I don't recall us doing the same for people of German and Italian descent. I guess if you see that as ok you would not have an issue with current immigration enforcement protocols.

The Korematsu SCOTUS decision is a blight on our country’s history that is only exceeded by Dred Scott.
