I'll just point out that she's not under oath when she speaks directly with members of Congress outside of a formal hearing.Yeah because that is how the US legal system works....No reason to question the AG over why they haven't brought charges against ANYONE or opened ANY investigations into anyone but Democrats in the Epstein files and ARE NOT investigating the people ACTUALLY named in the files.
DOJ says Pam Bondi's house subpoena over Epstein files "unnecessary"
The Justice Department said a House Oversight Committee subpoena seeking Attorney General Pam Bondi’s testimony over the release of Jeffrey Epstein files is “unnecessary,” arguing that lawmakers have already been given access to unredacted materials and opportunities for briefings.
House Oversight Chair James Comer, a Republican from Kentucky, on Tuesday issued a subpoena requiring Bondi to appear for a deposition on April 14 as part of the committee’s investigation into the handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.
A DOJ spokesperson said members of Congress have been invited to review the files at the department and that Bondi has remained available to speak directly with lawmakers about compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, adding that officials had offered to brief the committee again this week.
“This subpoena is completely unnecessary. Lawmakers have been invited to view the unredacted files for themselves at the Department of Justice, and the Attorney General has always made herself available to speak directly with members of Congress,” a DOJ spokesperson told Newsweek.
Ah, maybe it was one of Trump's friends he didn't want to see get hurt.A pastor in Missouri was suspended last week after it was discovered she worked for and managed the private island of late-sex offender Jeffrey Epstein for nearly a year.

I have heard she used to run a company that helped children in Romania. They were forced to stop doing business because of missing children. Maybe that's the same rumor. Not sure if this is legit or not but if so then I don't knkw what to think about it.
BREAKING: The House Oversight Committee quietly dumped Epstein's accountant Richard Kahn's and lawyer Darren Indyke's depositions when media focus was on Trump's zigzags on Iran.
Ha, it will take something unrelated, like the 2nd Great Depression to stimulate a revolution. Additional reports of Trump raping minor girls could turn up and still far from enough people would be outraged. The feeling generated from it would be like, "I can't believe such sick stuff could have ever happened in America, so I'm going to put it out of my mind". That attitude explains for why a lot of bad stuff goes unpunished or ignored in America.Tucker Carlson warns that a failure to deliver justice in the Epstein case could spark "a revolution".
"How can you say that thousands of children were raped, but I'm not going to find out who raped them?"
"Where are the rapists? Why aren't they in jail?"
"I just think it's very dangerous to play around with this stuff."
"I don't want a revolution. But if you wanted a revolution, this is how you would act."

Well If Pam is looking for Revenge for her firing today...anyone want to wager Trump will claim he knew nothing of this and throw her under the Bus and claim she was the one covering it all up....when she starts singing under Oath?
Pam Bondi was fired before Epstein files cover-up hearing but still must testify before the House Oversight Committee on the Trump Admin Cover Up of the Epstein Files.
Democrats issued a warning to Pam Bondi about an upcoming hearing after President Donald Trump said she would be departing from her role as attorney general.
Trump announced Bondi would be leaving her post on Thursday. Her departure follows months of backlash over the handling of the release of documents related to federal investigations into the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, who died by suicide in a New York federal jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking.
Democrats serving on the House Oversight Committee said Bondi would still have to testify before it, regardless of her departure.
“Pam Bondi and Donald Trump may think her firing gets her out of testifying to the Oversight Committee. They are wrong – and we look forward to hearing from her under oath,” Representative Robert Garcia, a California Democrat who serves as the committee’s ranking member, wrote on X.
Representative Maxwell Frost, a Florida Democrat, wrote on X that Bondi “still has to testify, under oath, in front of the Oversight Committee regarding the Epstein Files.”
“This does not get her out of that bipartisan, lawful subpoena. We will see her soon,” he wrote.
The House Oversight Committee issued a subpoena in March for Bondi to appear at a deposition on the Department of Justice’s handling of the Epstein investigation. She was set to testify on April 14. The DOJ previously said the subpoena is “completely unnecessary.”
The hearing follows Representative Nancy Mace, a South Carolina Republican, moving to subpoena Bondi, warning that the case “will go down as one of the greatest cover-ups in American history.”
