Conference Opener: OSU vs Houston

It’s not the fouls it’s the reactions of pouting and palms up stares. Just keep playing hard through contact.

We foul Houston and they don’t pout. They’re veterans and tough. Physically and mentally. We aren’t there yet

Avery gets T'd up. He was for sure whining, but looks like he said "come on, where's the foul?"

Smacks of a ref being too sensitive that he missed a call. The radio crew couldn’t believe a foul wasn’t called on his 3.

College officiating just sucks. It gets even worse when an official glass an ego.

Amazing how the OSU scoring has picked up in the last 7 minutes when the refs started calling Houston for fouling.

Not saying the Cowboys would have won if Houston was called for fouling the first 30 minutes of the game, but it would be nice to see a consistently called game.

I can’t imagine being a ref having to sprint both ends of the court and watching thousands of hand swipes and hand checks. I also feel refereeing is controlling games way too much but imagine trying to do it with guys like Arturo flying in and guys like ChiChi dribble penetrating into traffic. It’s near impossible. Even harder being consistent. But 1-2 calls on a guy really disrupt team flow and outcomes in games. I remember Jordan use to average 1 foul/game and won defensive player of the year numerous times lol
