The double standard in all of this is crazy.

The far-right believes it is referring to the left.
The far-left thinks it is about the right.
A small minority knows it applies everywhere.
JT is the king of both sides. You show him Jan 6, Republicans submitting false slates of electors to overturn every vote in every swing state, Trump's call to GA to "find me 11,000 votes" and he just mindlessly regurgitates "Democrats do it too!"No, no it doesn't. This isn’t a "both sides do it" strawman argument.

This never happens in politics:I quoted an example when I said it. Republican leadership calling out Harris for saying what we all think about Trump when he's going off the rails every time he gets an audience. If they want to say we need to reign in the rhetoric that's fine, but they need to start with their own candidate.
As I said, those in the far “right/left” think it only applies to the other side. No, no it doesn't. This isn’t a "both sides do it" strawman argument.
King? No. But someone that sees that both sides have big warts and hasn’t consumed the kool-aid from either. Yes.JT is the king of both sides.
And I didn’t disagree with your example. Johnson and McConnell are certainly being hypocritical callling out rhetoric when Trump does that daily.I quoted an example when I said it. If they want to say we need to reign in the rhetoric that's fine, but they need to start with their own candidate.
This is the key, and the problem. Somehow, we now hold the candidate we want to put into a leadership position to a lower standard than the one we don't want.If they want to say we need to reign in the rhetoric that's fine, but they need to start with their own candidate.
It’s the classic lesser of two evils dilemma. This is the key, and the problem. Somehow, we now hold the candidate we want to put into a leadership position to a lower standard than the one we don't want.
They are to some extent trained monkeys. They are going to do what their supporters allow them to do.
If he is running for reelection, voters should vote him out.
Freedom causes member says NC legislature should declare Trump the winner before counting votes due to Hurricane damage to Red counties. Claims he doesn't want to disenfranchise those voters.
