She knew what she was doing and telling the AD "no" was completely disrespectful to him and the university. Mendham has to see that as a giant red flag relationshipwise.

Yes , you are correct. Mendham should look at the totality of KM’s actions and motivations and access the obvious red warning flags On a number of fronts. Mendham should question his actions. He sat there and watched everything transpire. Chad Weiberg is Mendham’s boss’s boss. Shouldn’t some bells be going off in his head, telling him something is not right here?
