Given the gems the pitching staff put together in the first 2 games I'll cut em some slack today. Offense is keeping the WVU dugout uneasy late in the game, all you can ask for given the start.

Had a chance in the 8th to make a game of it. The biggest concern coming out of this is defense. Can't win with 3 errors. Pitching will be fine. Need to get Keisel back to Sunday and let Davis come out of the pen again.

Overall it was a good week.

We get ORU (a very bad ORU team) Tuesday and then host Bedlam next weekend.

I could be mistaken but thought I saw Meola swinging a bat on deck late yesterday (maybe as potential pinch hit?)

He was for sure in uniform and went nuts when Tyler hit the HR in extra innings.
