First of all, what $hit show. Second, bullet A ought to be fun to explain the results of what happens when those tax cuts expire(d) and what resulted in the deficit as part of that reduced incoming for the government. Third, shouldn't it be easy to explain that of the 60+ cases brought to court over the alleged discrepancies, ALL were thrown out for lack of evidence?

Man.... I despise that guy and am embarrassed at our state for voting him in.

Maybe they can explain how the Democrats were able to rig and election when he was president but were unable to do so when he wasn't.

I know how I would teach that standard.

Trump claimed the discrepancies were…XYZ.

Fox and NewsMax reported Trumps claimed discrepancies as fact.

Trump and his attorneys lost 60+ court cases because there were, in fact, no election altering discrepancies.

Fox and NewsMax paid lots of money for defamatory reporting on the alleged discrepancies. Tucker Max got super fired.

And there was much rejoicing.

The end.

KFOR is now Fake news ??? What the Eff??

Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters (R) lashes out after being asked if he should take responsibility for the state being consistently rated at the bottom for education.

REPORTER: Over the years, we continue to be lowest in the nation. You blame it on the people. But aren’t you to blame?
WALTERS: KFOR gets it fundamentally wrong. We are not in the bottom of education.
REPORTER: You are just wrong. Where are you getting your information?
WALTERS: You’re fake news, I got you.

I guess Walters hasn't heard the Republican propaganda that when you take out Oklahoma City and Tulsa, then Oklahoma is no. 15th in education.

Oklahoma superintendent: $3 million worth of Trump Bibles still 'going to happen' despite no funds

The Oklahoman reports state schools Superintendent Ryan Walters is insisting every Oklahoma public school classroom will have ‘Trump Bibles’ by fall, despite the Republican-controlled Legislature making no room in the state budget to give him the $3 million he needs to purchase the books.

Gov. Kevin Stitt announced the state’s 2026 budget, and while it does increase funding for Walters’ Oklahoma State Department of Education, there is no mention of Walters’ $3 million request for Bibles. Despite this, Walters says he is confident the books are inbound.

“The Legislature can put the money there or not," Walters said at a May 16 news conference. "We're going to have a Bible in every classroom this fall. So that's going to happen. So we're doing that. We've been very straightforward on how we're doing that.”

Take the $$$ for Bibles from his salary, please !!!

Lawmakers vote to limit Ryan Walters' ability to revoke teaching licenses as more suspensions loom

Any Education bill that does not include increases in classroom teacher compensation is not addressing the top priority for Education.

I'd REALLY like to here the arguments from the judges that were supporting it...

I think the argument is a religious discrimination one. Religious charter schools don't get access to state funds and other charter schools do. The only reason is religion. So do you not give them access because of their religion (discrimination) or give them access like all other charter schools but now the state is funding a religious entity. I can see it either way. I'd understand them allowing it, just as long as they also give the Islamic school down the street access to the same state funding.

That's my very simpleminded understanding.
