I have no inside knowledge of his situation, but would HCEM go after Byrd Ficklin (not in portal yet) at Utah? He is from Muskogee and offered by HCEM at North Texas and his head coach is now gone.

I've only heard unsubstantiated rumors. a few things:
a coach said - potentially could make a couple of million dollars next year
He loves EM, if money right could follow.
Also heard the Death Star may have a light on him as the TT QB is "graduating" and he fits the system.
