He had an alter ego called Mama on his old YouTube channel that he would yell NO MAMA, as though she was going to assault someone when OU was dissed by a media member or someone from another fan base!!! Wasn't the scholarship limit 85 and now moving to 105? All players will be on scholarship. That was at least my understanding of the new rules.
But with unchecked NIL, couldn’t the money people pay as many players as they wanted? Scholarships become less important in that case. I’m still confused (surprised?) about how it did work and how it’s going to work going forward.

Realistically though, a program with the means is recruiting other college players now. Programs are going to be developing formulas on how many players will transfer out, how many they can get in the portal, and how many to allocate to HS recruits.
A school like OSU is going to need to have a QB that’s a 2nd or 3rd round guy and pay him to stay with the chance that one more season might move him up in the draft, and he’ll make some good coin during that season, ie a Rudolph or Dillon Gabriel.
The magical event will be when the clock shows 0:00 in the fourth quarter marking the end of this season so we can shoot it and bury it like a broken down old horse!!!

I think we own a pretty glaring piece of evidence against the SEC almighty.
OSU is obviously winless (so far!) in Big XII play.
