Exactly. No harm to just let it drop.I was yelling “LET IT GO!”
0% chance to prevent the run scoring…
Well he better start to worry with conference play about to start.Talk about just rolling over. My goodness this team needs to toughen up. Just weak sauce.
Did anyone not discuss that the play was at home with a one run lead and a runner on third?!
The Cowboys didn’t deserve to win.
I wonder if Josh is worried about the win loss record yet? I believe we are beyond the “first three weeks” he mentioned at the beginning of the year.
Let me summarize. Blah, Blah, just bad luck, blah, blah, injuries, blah, blah, blah.If Josh speaks on the post game someone please let me know what BS he has to say
Last 13 years, but yes.Us griping is not going to do anything. Josh is not going anywhere anytime soon, I’m convinced of that. I’m not against Josh, but I am against the brand of baseball that has only 1 Omaha trip in the past 9 years.
College baseball misses guys like Augie Garrido. Sure he was an a-hole, but he demanded excellence. Here is some very poor audio of Josh answering a question about the last play. Josh is defensive and “isn’t going to question the kid” in the heat of the moment. Might want to use that as a coaching opportunity.
I get a coach defending their players, but I sure miss the days of coaches being open and honest about their teams’ play.
It’s more so the inability to make a couple of routine plays than it was the guys on the mound for sure.Except this time he ran his closers out there. And they didn’t get the job done so who are we really after?
Coaching "in the moment" or "real-time" will have FAR more impact than waiting for the appropriate time. Who decides when is the right time? When, exactly, would be the right time in Josh's mind? Agree with the comment about Augie. He would have met the player before he got to the top step. Here is some very poor audio of Josh answering a question about the last play. That "above it all" attitude didn't work very well for the football coach.Coaching "in the moment" or "real-time" will have FAR more impact than waiting for the appropriate time. Clearly Josh doesn't want to be challenged here and comes off as a *ick.
