I've heard that city people in the underground business would use kids to deliver liquor to customers to avoid getting caught. Really, I thought non recognition of authority or other controlling system was the definition. Attempts to change the outcome of an election would seem to fit Trump. Striving to inject counter culture and religion into secular public schools is a failure to recognize local school boards, and even colleges which he has no control of legally is Walters. Not recogizing authority would mean they wouldn't seek out positions of authority and an ancharist wouldnt use goverment to smite their political oposition. They would disband it altogether.
