It highly doubtful Oklahoma will vote on raising the minimum wage in November, since Stitt will likely sign the bill that expands the protest period for petitions from 10 to 90 days.
But what if a Democrat state office holder was doing it on CNN and MSNBC?‘I don’t like it’: Gov. Stitt considers ban on OSDE public relations spending https://kfor.com/news/oklahoma-legi...siders-ban-on-osde-public-relations-spending/
About that, after private school lobbyists giving out money, the second biggest lobby for it must have been rich people.A third of Oklahoma families receiving private school tax credit make over $150k a year https://kfor.com/news/a-third-of-ok...vate-school-tax-credit-make-over-150k-a-year/

Every struggling hard working middle class or lower Oklahomans are now paying taxes to the State of Oklahoma to send the children of rich Oklahomans to private school. Many of the non-rich aren't close to a suitable private school to start with. Of course, some would say that’s just the Republican agenda - defund public schools and fund private schools, including religious schools. Walters would certainly agree with that. He suggested that the state school budget needed cutting by $4.2 million. I guess he thinks inflation has been irrelevant. He also refused a million in federal funds for natural disaster that affected some schools. Walters, himself, is a natural disaster. Hopefully, the Oklahoma County District Attorney or whoever can do it will order a grand jury investigation to determine if Walters has been violating state laws. Some of it is over his refusal to release simple requests for information over employment status of some of his employees.Well they do pay most of the taxes so they should get the benefits.
Did I do that right?
Oklahoma is on the verge of passing a law allowing students to skip school to take religious classes.
Satanists tell me they have their own course ready to launch.
If Oklahoma allows Bible class "released time," Satanists are eager to pounce
Republicans want students to get religious indoctrination during the school day, but Satanists say they'll have another option for familieswww.friendlyatheist.com
Let’s be honest they don’t really care if the get fondled either. It can happen and if they find out they’ll just move the priest/Pastor to a different location.View attachment 5120
They are losing their grasp on the masses and they know it. There are too many outlets for knowledge, recreation, and socialization outside of churches now so they can't compete in people's free time. So, what better way to try to pull them back in than to let them skip the classes they don't like in school and go hang out with some youth pastor who will likely give them candy, be extra nice, and not force them to do very much? As long as they don't get fondled, it is a win/win! Well, other than harming our already dismiss education.
Don't forget getting political in ways that go against what most non-religious believe is best for people... and getting really angry at people for being who they are when it diesnt impact anyone else... and not allowing women to be in positions of authority in the church...View attachment 5120

Ron Sharp is an ardent supporter of public education. Seems to be MAGA free to me.
