Ben Gvir, the guy whose video I posted has a golden noose lapel pin on his suit. That's, well I don't know what to say about that

We know what this is. We have seen it before.
This is ethnonationalism and its inevitable conclusion. It doesn't matter the ethnicity involved or the country it is active in.He's looking for a final solution to the Palestinians and doesn't see any association with this versus how his great grandparents were treated 90 years ago.
Do we just have to be enough generations removed from that for us not to see it? Because Jewish history is littered with events where people attempted to exterminate them just because of who they are. You would hope kids would see what happened to their ancestors time and time again and not think when Im old enough Im going to be the one doing the ethnic cleansing.
I am part of a community that fought in the Civil War to free themselves as members of the Union Army, and we praise that effort, and we talk about that effort. And some of those soldiers went West and fought wars against the Indigenous people of this country. They became victimizers. I'm part of a community that, in an effort to free itself and liberate itself from white racism in this country, bought into the dream of Liberia, which meant going over to Africa and subjecting Africans to Western civilization ... and "Christianizing" them and "civilizing" them. That is victims becoming victimizers.
What is uncomfortable is for us to see that the victimization and oppression, even at its highest point, may not necessarily be ennobling. ... In the most cliché terms — I'm sorry to use this — but to be a hurt person who hurts people [is] certainly possible. And that's a dark thought ... because I think we want to believe that having that oppression is some sort of card, you know, a moral high ground that is automatically conferred. But the fact of the matter is that sometimes that's true. Sometimes it's not. And I think as much as I saw the connection between Black people and Palestinians when I was over there, it was not so hard for me to see myself in the Israelis.
me remembers a time not so long ago that biden was a National security risk, feeble, senile, disoriented, dementia, sleepy, cognitive declining old man.Trump’s midnight post announcing the rescue of the downed F-15 pilot says — and I quote — “He sustained injuries.”
Four paragraphs later (approx.), same post:
“without a SINGLE American killed, or even wounded.”
He is crazy. He is crazy indeed.
Blame a large part of on the Democrats for running such an old uninspiring person for president--Biden. I could never vote for Trump or Biden. His pick for vp, later presidential candidate, Harris, didn't have much going for her, either. Oh, well, if you go by the popular vote, the size of Trump's victory was not a mandate.Remember when MAGA lost their collective sh!+ bc the Obama Administration and our allies did the hard work and negotiated an agreement w Iran and conservative propaganda outlets like FoxNews lied about cash payments to Iran?
Well now we learn that the Strait was never “closed” bc Iran continued to make oil shipments with US knowledge that dwarfed the monies returned to Iran through the Iran Nuclear Agreement and they are further putting money in their coffers by turning the Strait into their version of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. At $2MM per ship and 135 ships on average per day, Iran will see more than $270,000,000 per day or $8.2 BILLION per month or $98.5 BILLION per year (actual numbers probably lower to account for Iranian ships). Costs of those tolls will end up in CoGs helping inflation worldwide.
I ask myself (sounding like the old man screaming “Get off my lawn”) nearly every day, how in the hell did almost 80MM people vote for this sh!+? We knew from even before the first term he would weaken our country bc of his track record in business. Then during and after his first term we got proof. 45 was the worst president we’ve ever had and bc of that we got Joe and almost Kamala. Now 47 is making the 45 Admin look almost “not so bad.” And we still have 33 months of this.
Not only is he not nor has he ever MAGA. He’s making us weaker by the day.
