See, it takes no skill or intelligence to set up a straw man. Make your case that the Austin shooter from Senegal was acting on orders from the Iranian regime and thus, Iran was a direct threat to the american populace.

I don't think anyone is defending Iran's former regime (or current one depending on who is in charge). The only people sad the Supreme Leader is dead are people in Iran who gained power and money under him. Everyone else ranges from indifferent towards a despot who got his to openly celebrating.
It's fair to say this regime was awful but be concerned over the future of the country in question and have serious doubts about the competence of the people in charge of the operation.
I could answer it but nobody likes when I call him what he is.
