Its almost like one cannot bomb a terrorist organization into submission without killing a ton of innocents. We should know better after our experience with asymmetric warfare post 9/11.
It’s also as if they would quit using kids to protect their munitions storage so Israel won’t bomb it most of these children would still be alive

This is a worn out and frankly not accurate assertion. Plus, ~50% of Gaza are kids, so the collateral is going to be disproportionately borne by kids.
They die and their friends and family members get radicalized. We have seen this time and time again.
The second part is true and we agree there. Your first sentence is false.

GAZA, Oct 19 (Reuters) - At least 3,785 Palestinians have been killed and 12,493 wounded in Israeli strikes on Gaza since Oct.7, the health ministry in Gaza said on Thursday.
Of the total death toll, 1,524 were children and 1,000 were women, ministry spokesman Ashraf Al-Qudra told a press conference.
-47.3% of Gaza population is children (under 18)...so by the reuters #s above, less women and children are being killed than statistically might...(40% children and 26% women)...if western media were correct, than by hamas using children and/or women as shields, those numbers would be much higher....but go ahead and keep drinking the kool-aid...
You actually think the human shields are anything BUT kids!!?? You just said that hey use people as human shields in purpose.....of course they are going to make those shields underage kids..... anything bto increase the outrage against Israel for taking them out .
These people decapitated Jewish babies .of course they are stocking their population with children as cannon fodder.
While I appreciate your dedication to the news, the whole "Hamas decapitated babies" deal appears to not be accurate. They did kill babies, but decapitation was not a part of it. This was walked back a week ago per both the US and Israeli governments.
Similar to the hospital situation where it was said to be an Israeli bomb and it now turns out it was a misfired Palestinian Islamic Jihad rocket. Note, that group has a loose relationship with Hamas, but is not Hamas itself. They do share somewhat similar goals, similar to ISIS & Al Qaeda did.
I like to be up to speed with what is going on just like you do, but keep in mind that speed =/= accuracy and repeating inaccurate information does not serve anyone.
I would exercise a lot of caution regarding this situation and the russo-ukranian war in particular. There are a ton of spin machines of various persuasions, coupled with heightened emotions. Its a dangerous mix. Let things get investigated and the truth will eventually come out.

I guess you're not understanding the numbers here...let me try again - 47.3% of Gaza population are children, 40% of people killed in Gaza thus far are children, if hamas were using them as shields, that number (percentage) would be much higher. (not lower)
So you don’t believe Hamas uses buildings with large number of Palestinians to deter attacks?
I think a better hypotheses to your lower percentage is Israel is attempting to limit, as much as possible, collateral damage. The percentages appear to show that their targeting does at least work to some degree.
This isnt remotely true. In the first 8 days they dropped more bombs (6000) than the US dropped in the peak month in all of Afghanistan.
They aren't limiting much, if any collateral damage, which is why the death count is so high. Also, Israeli intel is suspect hence the whole successful terrorist attack. They want revenge, similar to us post 9/11.
Also, of course a terrorist organization is embedded to a decent extent in the populous. They arent a nation-state and are going to conduct asymetric warfare.

No. Nuance is important. The more complex a situation is, the more of it there is. Something can be "true" but miss the point entirely.

sure...cuz Israel cares about collateral damage...you need to do some research on Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory...
Using the demographic data above, there should have been several hundred more children deaths and nearly double the number of female deaths if Israel was just carpet bombing.
Are you attributing that to “dumb luck”?
I’ve resisted the urge to point this out. It’s quite the paradox isn’t it?

ha...that's what you come back with?!...here's one for you, I support the US, but also disagree with many of 'our' stances on a variety of social issues...if my tagline, said US instead of Palestine, you would tell me to do my research as well...but nice try...
