Move over Lincoln Riley's brisket. Karoline Leavitt's thanksgiving spread would like a word:

The “mashed” potatoes clearly need more milk, the vegetables need seasoning, can’t comment too much on the stuffing as that varies by family and recipe, the poor crispy turkey… goodness, those crunchy rolls would be good in some chowder, and the macaroni needs some cheese. I try not to dump on people for cooking as not everyone is great at it, but she likes crapping over everyone, so goose/gander.

While hers does appear to leave something to be desired, I don't see anything there that is at the level of Lincoln's brisket. That was a crime. The closest thing to a crime I see here is the green beans & carrots mixed (WTF?), otherwise it just looks...underwhelming.
I also doubt she participated in anything more than taking and posting the pic!

IDK. Half of it looks like stuff you get from the grocery store. Canned cranberries, Pillsbury crescent rolls (which absolutely deliver on pretty much any other day), and the beans and carrots were frozen. The mashed potatoes havr got to be homemade at least because they are so dry you wonder if she forgot the milk. The insane amount of mac and cheese (I question how much and the quality of cheese) means she used two boxes of pasta, but that makes sense because there are 16 crescent rolls and they come in packs of 8. The turkey looks dry but the skin is crispy so I am guessing there wasn't any butter injection although to be fair pretty much every turkey is dry so I really can't fault her on that.

This is the work of some 30 year old who doesn't really know how to cook. Or someone like me (not a 30 year old) who tends to make things as simple as possible due to lack of time. So my guess is she made it but never really cooks in the first place and put as much effort into it as I do when I want to make the kids something on a Tuesday but lack the time for anything special but manage enough self respect to not order a pizza.

Stuffing looks decent though. And give her credit for not using instant mashed potatoes and box mac and cheese (although the boxed stuff would taste better than that).

100% the pies that aren't shown are store bought though.
